Telephone orders will be taken on 937-274-6020 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., EST Monday through Thursday. Telephone orders will be taken on 740-262-9882 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday. Do not leave messages because we do not check for messages. The people manning these lines at these times will be unable to do anything other than take telephone orders. We don't work on weekends, holidays, or the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

If you are unable to get through to us, email us at andrew@harpdepot.com or doc@harpdepot.com, and include your telephone number, and we will call you back. This is the most effective way to contact us. We do not check for telephone messages, but we do check our emails several times daily.

For matters other than orders, email us at orders@harpdepot.com, and include your name, telephone number, order number, email address, name of the website where you placed the order, and, if possible, a copy of the order. This information will speed up the process a great deal. We only accept complaints and follow-ups this way.
